2026 Waterloo Region Women's Expo

Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 11am to 5pm at Bingemans (Marshall Hall), Kitchener 

Each ticket is $5 and subject to a service fee + HST. All ticket sales final - no refunds.
Children 13 and under are welcome free of charge, making it a celebration the whole family can enjoy.

Building on the 51-year legacy of the K-W Oktoberfest Women of the Year Awards, the Waterloo Region Women’s Expo has expanded the celebration of women’s achievements and contributions to our community. This exciting 2nd annual event brings together local businesses, leaders, and changemakers to create a dynamic space for connection, inspiration, and empowerment.

With engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and a showcase of local businesses, the Women's Expo is designed to honour the incredible impact women have made in the Waterloo Region while fostering opportunities for growth and collaboration. Join us as we continue to celebrate and elevate women’s voices and accomplishments on May 23rd!
